Working Process

Mechanism - Govt.

EPC Mode wherein 100%  payment is given by Govt.  on different stages of  competition of work order.  Tender floated by Govt.  agencies

Eligibility conditions are  laid down in each tender  for applying.

Largely tenders are  submitted online &  uploaded on portal.  PPP Model /  Concessioners Model

Work Flow

EMD is also submitted as  per size of project.

Once awarded [ normally  to Lowest ] or sometimes  if tender conditions are  QCBS then technical  qualifications have  different marking  systems.

Performance Guarantee  needs to be submitted .  EMD is returned once  tender is opened.

Execution

Tender is opened before  the bidders

Normally tenders are  opened in two stages 1-  Technical qualifications  need to be fulfilled.

If not then financial is  not opened for that  particular bidder.

In Stage 2 financial  quotes are opened if  renderer meets  technical.
