Mr.  Liberhan, Raj Liberhan has been a member of the Financial Services in the Government of India and left the service to be the Director, India Habitat Centre (IHC), New Delhi.

He has varied experience with a significant range of responsibilities at the senior level in government, public sector and NGO environments.

He was the Chief Executive of the India Habitat Centre, for nearly twenty years, and he has helped create a unique institutional mechanism where various professions and institutions dealing with different facets of habitat function, interact, and attempt to resolve habitat related problems in a coordinated manner; and cooperate and collaborate with other national or international institutions.

Prof (Dr.) Sanjay K. Panda, formerly a career bureaucrat, has been teaching ethics, corporate  governance, environment conservation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable  Development Goals (SDG) 2030 related topics. He is associated with the Indian Institute of

Corporate Affairs, Sri Sri University, National Institute of Fashion Technology, National Institute  of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management as adjunct professor/faculty.

He had a brilliant academic career with University gold medal(s) as the Best Graduate and in  Master (Chemistry), silver medal in Public Administration from IIPA, Diploma in Forestry from  AIFC, Dehradun, and Ph. D in Economics. He was awarded the prestigious International Louis. Pasteur award for outstanding contribution to sericulture and silk industry.

Ambassador Anup Mudgal retired from FOREIGN SERVICE in 2016 as India's High Commissioner to Mauritius. At the Ministry of External Affairs, he handled relations with Russian Federation,  countries of Eastern and Central Europe, ASEAN and HR. Important assignments abroad were: Brussels (EU matters), Vienna (IAEA, UNIDO, UNODC),  CG (Munich, Germany), Belgrade, Mexico (including NAFTA matters), HC, Mauritius (including IORA). Post retirement assignments from time to time  included: Member, FICCI Task Force on Blue Economy;   Member, Steering Committee on BE under PMEAC; Founding Chair, Diaspora Research and Resource Centre; Mentor, Maritime Research Centre, Pune. He holds M.Sc/M.Phil from DU.

Mr. Maini, has over 40 years of experience in commercial and development banking with UCO Bank, IDBI, SIDBI and Credit Guarantee Trust Fund for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE).

He retired as Dy. Managing Director in-charge of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).

 He has also been on the Boards of Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd (MUDRA Ltd), NSE Clearing Ltd, NSIC Ltd and Micro Finance Institutions Network (MFIN), amongst others.

He is a recipient of the prestigious ‘Lifetime Achievement Award for contribution to the Micro Finance Sector at the Inclusive Finance India forum instituted by HSBC and Access Development Services.

Mr. Anupam Srivastava, B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications, MBA in Marketing, is an accomplished telecommunications expert with over 38  years of experience in multifarious fields and levels.

As Chairman and Managing  Director of BSNL, he led the organization for 4 and a half years from January 2015  to June 2019. During his tenure, he brought BSNL back to Operational Profit for  three consecutive years in FY 2015, 2016, and 2017, and successfully managed  the cashflow crunch caused by plummeting industry revenues and rising salary  expenses.

He has monitored and implemented projects worth more than  Rs. 100,000 Crores during his tenure in the BSNL board, including the Bharat Net  project for roll out of optical fibre cable up to Gram Panchayat.

He held several Director-level posts in the BSNL board,  including Director of Mobile Services, Director of Finance, Director of Enterprise  Business, Director of HR, and Director of Broadband. He is widely regarded as a  telecommunications expert with international experience.

Mr. Biswas, IAS (Retd) is an academically accomplished professional,  who holds  a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management from IIM Bangalore, MBA from, Jamnalal Bajaj Institutes of Management Studies (University of Mumbai) and  Master of  Financial Management, University of California Berkeley.  Mr. Biswas possesses about 7 years’ Board level experience as Director in Chemical  Companies and about 8 years’ experience in Finance, Infrastructure and Textile Companies as  CEO.

He is expert in business development  Strategic Planning, Project Management, Stakeholder / Partnership Development  Timely completion / delivery of programs  Building Organization, Operations Management  Term lending to SME, Financial Asset Reconstruction  Public and Media Management for  Mega infrastructure projects

Mr.  Kumar, as a business leader in the Energy and petroleum industry with over 40 years of experience. He recently retired as Managing Director of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, India.

He is an advisor to large Global Energy Companies and had been an external advisor to McKinsey & Co also. He is an honours mechanical engineer from Calicut University, trained in Advanced Management strategies from IIM Calcutta.

Mr. Mallick, is the former Deputy Managing Director of EXIM Bank of India and MD & CEO of IDBI Asset Management Company Ltd (IDBI AMC), a SEBI registered Mutual Fund.

A Post Graduate in Economics and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mr. Mallick had a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in the fields of Development Banking, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking.

As the MD of IDBI AMC, he also had all round exposure in operations of Equity and Debt Capital markets. He has operational and leadership experience in Project and Corporate Finance, Bond issuance in Domestic and International Bond Markets, Treasury and Retail Banking.

He has been one of the early practitioners/beginners in channelizing institutional fund to the critical Infrastructure sector in India, including Road and Port projects, as also Renewable Energy. As a senior Banker, he had played an important role in initiating the Insolvency Code practices in India.

Mr. Mathur, as an industry expert in steel and coal mining, and with in-depth knowledge of coal resources around the World and in particular Mozambique, Ajay has led and successfully concluded acquisition of coal assets in Mozambique by International Coal Ventures Limited (ICVL) from Rio Tinto.

He is a specialist in building strategic partnerships, structuring JVs and M&As, trading in steel and coal, leading commercial negotiations and critical review of MoUs, Contracts and Agreements.

He is also providing consultancy in turnaround and scaling up strategies to various firms operating at sub-optimal levels.

Mr. Kanoria, hails from the illustrious Kanoria business family & possesses over 50 years varied experience setting up his own paper & sugar mills, buying & running tea gardens in Assam & Bengal, textile mills apart from investment banking which includes large complex cross border M & A deals, finance and  commodity trading. He has been President of Bihar Sugar Mills Association in 1979 at age of 24 apart from serving in ISMA, FICCI, Indian Chamber of Commerce.

Dr.  Modak, BTech (Civil Engg-1978) & MTech (Environmental Science and Engg-1980) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and a Doctorate in Environmental Engg from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand.

In 1984. Joined Centre for Environmental Science and Engg at IIT Bombay  and Set up Environmental Management Centre in 1996.

Established Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation - a Not for Profit Company in 2012. Worked with almost all key UN, multi-lateral and bi-lateral developmental institutions in the world.

He is a Member of Task Force on Sustainable Public Procurement, Ministry of Finance, Earlier member of Indian Resources Panel, National Committee on Circular Economy, FICCI, Advisory member of Circular Economy Club

Mr. Tibrawalla, Chairman, Archit Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., attended St. Xavier’s Collegiate School and completed his B.Com (Hons) degree from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta and joined the family business of real estate in 1980.

Dr. Raja Venkataramani has over 30 years of experience in industry and consulting. He has led major national and international projects and programmes in urban development & utilities, regional development, industrial (SEZ) and transportation infrastructure.

He has worked with several Central Government Ministries in India and also worked with several state governments and their local authorities, especially in the areas of institution business planning and strengthening, public-private partnerships, and investment facilitation including facilitative advisory for raising of lines of credit from international financial institutions.
