Mr. Gupta is a key business leader and strategist with over 35 years of broad-based experience of leading, developing, financing, and delivering sustainable infrastructure projects across various sectors, under Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework with extensive exposure to business partnerships with international agencies and foreign Governments. Till recently he was the founder CEO of the Kukuza Project Development Company, a joint venture promoted by the African Development Bank (AfDB), Export- Import Bank of India (Exim Bank), State Bank of India (SBI), and RSBGI Group which has been set up to take up project development/financing of large infrastructure projects in the African Continent and act as a bridge between the ADB and the Indian financial institutions.
His key areas of expertise include development and management of infrastructure projects in the areas of transport, special economic zones, industrial corridors, energy, urban, industrial & social infrastructure, international business and creating new organizations. His major specialization is in the areas of Structured Infrastructure Financing and Private Equity.
Mr. Paritosh Gupta holds master’s in economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow with specialization in Marketing and Finance.

He possesses over 38 years of varied experience in working in different Ministries of Government of India, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, UNIDO/UNDP, Trade, Corporate and Autonomous Organizations of Government of India.
Mr. Srivastava has largely served in critical areas of industrialization, technology transfers & employment generation such as setting up of Process & Product Development Centres (PPDCs) under UNDP Programme in India, Director- Special Projects in Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts (EPCH), Setting up of India Expo Centre & Mart etc.
He is also on the Board of some prestigious organizations and member of important Committees.
Mr. Srivastava has unmatched experience of working across the sectors especially Govt. of India pertaining to rules, regulations, procedures, setting up of entities including FDI, investments, Labour Laws, Land Allotment and other critical areas such as execution of projects etc.
Inter-Ministerial coordination and seamless execution of projects is one of the areas of specialization.
Mr. Alok Bhargava, an industry veteran with over 35 years of cross-functional, diverse business experience covering Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Investment Banking, Private Equity, ICT based Education Services, and integrated Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Have been associated with organizations and businesses at the conceptualization, incorporation, startup and operational stages, with related man management and business development exposure.
Alok has also extensive experience in day-to-day operational, planning and strategic roles, including over 17 years at the leadership – ED/CXO levels.

Vineet Agarwal is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience with organisations like GE Capital, IFC, L&T, IL&FS and Kotak Bank
His areas of expertise are Infrastructure Finance, Financial Services, Capital Markets and Banking.

With experience in the Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Finance sectors for over 20 years’, Vishal has extensive expertise in business development, project planning and fund raising, M&A, commercial negotiations and contract management, partner identification, infrastructure concession and sub-concession agreements.
Previous roles include operations at Shell, and M&A and equity raising at Essar Group. He currently runs a boutique investment bank focused on Western India.
